Expired Cal Course Renewal?

While researching coordinates for the cal course online map, I noticed that some had expired. Having used these recently, I know the endpoints are still marked by nails and paint (which I refreshed). Is a full remeasurement necessary to "renew" them?

I think the rules are the same as for road courses. If you do one full measurement of the course, and the distance comes up within 0.08% of the distance stated on the expired certificate, you do not need to do a second measurement in order to renew with a new 10-year life.
