I've been having trouble printing maps from the course database. The certificate prints, but no map. CT19018JHP, CT19020JHP, CT16026JHP are examples. Additionally, when all courses in Connecticut are searched for, only 6 appear in the table. Further, the only page that prints is the certificate and it prints at about 5.5x6-in . Is it me?

When you do a search that results in a large number of courses appearing you need to click inside the list and then scroll. If you try to scroll before clicking in the list box it doesn't scroll and makes you think the courses you see are all there is.
I don't know if this is what is happening with you, but a while back I thought a search that should have resulted in a large number of hits was only showing a small number for this reason.
in order for me to get it to print I clicked on the course id number than it opened a course certificate viewer. then move your cursor in the bottom middle of the page and a minus zoom, plus zoom and 2 other things will appear also (don't know what they are but if you click on the 3rd one from the left it will open up Acrobat reader where you will be able to print both pages from. At least this is what I had to do to get both pages to print.
Thanks all. The list scroll bar is separate from the page scroll bar, I now get it. As for printing the map, the download icon on the upper left works. The certificate size issue is also solved by downloading then printing from Acrobat.
