why can't i see info in one place but can in another?

looking at the road course certification application in my certifier's queue, all fields below the map are blank. When I generate the certificate, the missing info is there (except RD's email). i reported this previously, but it has happened again. Anyone have any ideas? The course is a "series of complex loops."

This is a late reply, but if the course it still under review, please submit an Issue Report on it (the new system allows us to track reported problems.)
