It is with sadness that Wayne Nicoll passed away last evening 12/30/2017 after a long battle with declining health.
As of this time no additional information is available.
I will post additional info as I receive any.
It is a sad day for the RRTC.

This is very sad news.
I believe that the men and women of the measuring community are of the highest integrity and Wayne (and his wife Sally) are at the top of the list.
It was an honor to have had the opportunity to work with them.
RIP my dear friend.

Wayne was my mentor and guide as I started measuring road courses. I will miss Wayne. My heart goes out to Sally and family.
