There are several factors, but let’s start with the Regional Certifier approving the measurer's work.
The Regional Certifier should mail the copies of the Certificate to the measurer and the Vice Chair at the same time. The Vice Chair checks over the map/certificate and then mails out a packet every two weeks to the Registrar.
Once I(as registrar)receive them they are uploaded to the USATF site that day. I notify USATF they are uploaded and generally that day all is up and running. It used to be USATF would only do this upload on a monthly basis, but now it's done whenever they receive the uploads.
The maps should appear on the web in 3 to 4 weeks. The whole process could be made faster, but I feel we need all the check and balances in place.
