Tablet map app that allows for drawing layer?

I'm looking for an map app that will run on my iPad Pro that allows me to draw lines, notes, etc on a drawing layer. Anyone know of such a tool?

Nevermind. I found Draw Maps for iPad. It cost $4.99 but is exactly what I was looking for. After driving a course yesterday with a client, I realized how invaluable to be to be able to scribble notes on the map as we previewed the course.
