I have a half marathon measured in 5 segments. One segment is used twice. Can the certifierroadraces process this?

I believe the only type of measurement the online system can handle is one measured continuously from start to finish and/or finish to start.
Those who know better can correct me if necessary.
You can submit complex measurements via the LDE portal. You fill out the old forms, make a PDF and submit. Had a half marathon like that myself last year. Pete call me if you have questions.
Only certifiers and final signatories have access to the LDE portal. If you are not a certifier or final sig, you'll need to send your application to your state certifier through email, and then he/she will submit it through the LDE portal of the online system.
