Posting Images To This Forum

Can anyone suggest why my atempts to post images here today have not been successful?

Is there some delay for vetting?

LiveCloud specifies that .PNG files are suitable for uploading to the photo gallery. However, my attempt to do this today has resulting only in a display page that hangs "loading".

I use Photobucket for uploading and posting Pictures on the BB.

To upload a Picture 
A.Choose upload Images and Videos from your computer. Pick what to upload then give it a Title and Tag.
To do a Post on a Bulletin Board 
A.Move mouse on Item to post in Photobucket next you will see a box that has several items, go to the Image Link Code for Forum and Bulletin Board then copy this link.
B.Next go to Bulletin Board and type a message in the body and click on URL and past in link with identifying Tag and select OK.
