PHOTOS IN EXCEL FILES

I should like to appeal to measurers not to send me photos in Excel files, because I have difficulty handling on my dial-up and Outlook Express the enormous files that result. The last one I received had only one photo of minor consequence, but after I deleted it the file shrank to only 1% of its original size!
