Years ago Pete Riegel went about the task of scanning a huge number of documents he possessed related to course measurement. He then organized them and asked Alan Jones to make them available on his runscore website. Alan agreed, and a link to that course measurement document archive has been on the RRTC.net website for several years.

After Pete passed away, a few additional paper documents of his were discovered, and those have now been scanned and added to the online archive. This archive has been moved from Alan Jones' runscore website, and is now being stored directly on the RRTC.net website.

The archive includes dozens of important course measurement and measurement seminar reports, historical instructional documents from the early days of course measurement, early correspondence between measurers, and several research papers about the technical aspects of course measurement.

You can find this archive by first going to

RRTC.net

and then scrolling to the bottom of the page, where you will find a link entitled "Archive of Historical Documents collected by Pete Riegel"

Or, a direct link to the archive is below.
