Bill Belleville could answer whether those splits are certified. I told Toni if they're not, the records won't count, and they'd better take care of it today.

I have no record of the splits being Certified.

Doug Thurston emailed to say he was certifying them the day before the race. As it turned out, things were tactical and the times relatively slow, in spite of the favorable conditions.
