PDFs and raw data not matching

On the calibration PDF of a recent course, the date appeared as: Monday, November 30, -0001. On the raw data, it appeared as 9/24/2019. Later, I went to look at the raw data for the application, and half of it was blank. Yet the PDF had most of the information, but not all. Because this was an LDE entry, I added the correct information to the PDFs that I uploaded to the vice chair. Anyone else seeing this? Was able to flag the second issue to the developer but not the date on the calibration PDF.
