I just apppointed Jim Gerweck as VC West. He is looking forward to his position and will be assuming the duties immediatiely. All state effected will be notified today.

Since it is not written in the bylaws as Vice Chair "East or West", I have asked that Gene remove the East or West designation.

Gene has agreed and will have simply have the designation "vice chair" and spread the title to two people to distribute the work.
