New Certifiers Appointed

Mike Wickiser has been in Biloxi recently, and in his absence he asked me to see to the installation of two new certifiers.

Justin Kuo has been appointed RRTC course certifier for CT and MA. He lives in Brookline, MA and has measured 74 courses in MA and RI. A fixture at RRTC meetings, he has won the measurement-by-pacing contest.

Matthew Studholme has been appointed RRTC course certifier for KY, WV, ND, SD and HI. Matthew lives in Abingdon, VA and has measured 26 courses in NC, TN and VA.
