I've been a certifier since 1988 and have now issued almost 2200 certificates.
The subject certificate is the first one I've ever issued for which the certification code does not include a zero as one of the characters.

Tom McBrayer submitted TX11111ETM, for the Tyler Rose Half-marathon. I didn't even think of the lack of zeros, and being the first one I have seen with no zeros, when I processed it!
I just recalled there are two more with this situation. Kevin Lucas and Neville Wood. They start their numbering after the year with 100. That is; The first course done in NY for 2011 would be NY11100KL.
