Here is my plan for the group doing the Validation!
We will first calibrate the bikes at 3am, and then start the validation as a two step process around 3:15am.

The group will record their start count at the finish line and measure in a clockwise direction measuring the shorter loop by passing the start line the first time and continuing till they reach the start line the 2nd time to record their counts.
This ride will start on ADLA turning right at Lamar. From Lamar a left turn onto Louisiana to a right turn onto Bell. From Bell a right turn onto Smith then a right onto McKinney. Next, a right turn onto ALDA to the start line. Here the counts will be recorded. (It should take approximately 15 minutes).

Next we will record our start count at the finish line and travel in a clockwise direction measuring the larger loop till we reach the finish line.
This ride will start on ADLA turning right at Lamar. From Lamar a left turn onto Louisiana to a right turn onto Bell. From Bell a right turn onto Smith then a left onto Allen Pkwy. From Allen Pkwy a left turn is made onto Waugh making a U-Turn between D’Amico and W. Dallas heading back to a left turn onto Allen Pkwy. From Allen Pkyw a right turn is made onto Shepher Dr to a right turn onto Memorial Dr. Next, a right turn is made onto Bagby to a left turn onto McKinney. From McKinney a right turn onto ALDA heading to the finish line( this should take about 1 hour).

We then do our Post- calibration at 4:30am finishing at 4:45am.

I would ride the course as follows:

Begin at START, ride the first loop, taking a count at FINISH enroute to finishing the first ride loop at START.

Begin again at START, ride the 2nd loop, taking a count at all intermediate splits, including the TA. Complete the ride at START.

I’d now have all the information required to make a spreadsheet showing the measured positions of the entire course and all its splits.

I don’t believe it necessary to ride the last three loops more than once. The first ride of this loop gets it all.
