Did the The Renewed Courses Expire?

I suppose Gene hasn't made this change in the database yet (I'm sure he'll get to it soon). Meanwhile, I've just added a note on the web page at http://www.usatf.org/events/co...fication/renewal.asp pointing out that all renewals have expired.

I feared I had missed something as the posted renewal policy text at USATF.org had in fact softened sometime in the recent past. The new verbiage replaced Mike's original statement which was longer but unambiguous on that point.

The issue just became important here. I web-publish a local road race calendar that notes the Certification status and had just received requests from two RDs on courses in this situation. In each case it appears the RD thought he had a 10-year renewal going.

I had to look at over 38,000 courses and I'm sure that there at least one mistake(ha).
