Course Approval in Limbo

I submitted a course on 16 September 2019. Long story longer…My state certifier retired right about this time and the course has sat on my dashboard since then. I reached out to my current certifier shortly after this occurred but he could not see the pending application (my assumption is that my submittal was routed to the old certifier but because he retired within that week he never saw the application. At this point the course is just sitting on my dashboard and I cannot delete it because that is not an option once it has been submitted. Anybody have any thoughts on either how to delete the course or how to get it routed to my current certifier?

Resubmit? That should get to new certifier. Not sure why you can’t delete the old course.
