Does anyone know how I add a Collaborator that is new and not in the drop down box?

In order to add a collaborator that measurer must have a user I’d and password. Once you have added that person to your measurement submission the collaborator will need to enter their own measurement data.

Thanks. Perhaps it's self explanatory; once entered, how do the two rides get together for approval?
