I'm looking for a bit of direction here. My calibration course is stuck in the system in what appears to be a routing system pothole. I've put in a trouble ticket via the Dashboard's widget about five days ago. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything. Am I being too eager for a solution? I can't seem to find any other means to contact those who own the system.



The background is that my original calibration course map had a problem. My regional certifier used my account to fix the problem. However, while in my account he did something that "approved the request for certification and sent it on for further submission" (application history words). Now, he can't see it in his own queue, and since I'm not actually a certifier, I'm stuck.



I am reluctant to kill this application and resubmit it, as it's the basis for an already approved and certified half marathon. I'm simply trying to certify this calibration course, so I can use it again this summer for a 50k that we need to certify.
