I only learned this old news:

In my time in USATF Bob Hersh always stood tall as one of the most competent and decent people in the organization for over three decades. Google him and see. I liked and respected him, and when I google-searched him I could not believe what I read on Wikipedia and other sources

He has been given the heave-ho. After being almost unanimously nominated by the USATF membership at the annual meeting, the USATF board, after the meeting, gave him the ouster in favor of Stephanie Hightower.

I think this stinks, and I am not alone

I emailed Bob and yes it is true. He has served USATF for many years and deserved better. He was a friend of the RRTC and from my view did outstanding work with records. I notified Andy Carr(records Chair and he was not notified of any change).

The RRTC has seen this type of action before with the present leadership. I hope they at least notify ANDY.
