This file contains 6 reports, three of which (the Eastern and Western Vice-Chair reports and Validation report) were presented in absentia at the December 5 RRTC meeting.
I'll post meeting Minutes in a few days (there's actually a hard deadline, as they'll need to be sent to the USATF office by January 16).
