Active & Record Eligible

The 86 course has expired. The coding used for this was X97, which implies it expired, but was renewed in 1997 for 10 years. I don't know why the site says record eligible as that makes no sense since it's expired. No matter what coding I use it will still say record eligible.

As for the 88 course the coding used is A99, which implies it's active and was renewed in 1999. Hence it will expire Dec. 31, 2009.

I think the USATF supercomputer just uses drop/sep information to determine eligibility. It shouldn't be a big deal to modify its criteria to include only active courses.
