So, as I understand it;

Certificates can be sent as a pdf; do you want it as a 2-page pdf (page 2 being the map), or is a single-page pdf sufficient?

Maps should be an 8.5 x 11, 300 dpi, black-and-white png file, no photos.

If that is what you receive, can you do your job without undue extra effort? I want to be sure I nail it down, so I (we) can be sure we are not making your job difficult.
