I agree with your comment, Mike. Perhaps something we should all talk about is balancing our roles as arbiters and as teachers/coaches. And there are many times when measurers have made certain mistakes but still end up with a course that is acceptable. And using the average constant has often been the key to deciding that course length is acceptable.

Toni that's a great story. I am curious about one thing, how did you resolve (or did you) the question of details on key points?
