Duane after seeing this post i check the excel 2007 worksheet and I am wondering if it is an example or like Nathan says if you uses meters you are short or if you are using miles you are long. I wonder why that works out that way. I have started using meters and using your figures I would be adding 2 7/8" somewhere to make it come out to 5000 meters. If I am wrong could you please explain why you didn't add any distance to the course? Thank you.
