I'd re-use the map portion of the map unless there's a pretty good reason to re-draw it.

Sometimes I will freshen up the descriptions of the points (especially if they weren't typed on the original certificate) and add the new expiration date and measurer's e-mail.

I will always update the information on the front of the certificate.
