Reply to "Moving start & finish to Different Point on a Course"

Thanks for reply, Gene. Would this be true for non-loop courses too? That is, providing the real estate for the certified distance is not changed, moving the start and finish to new positions along the same certified course does not affect its certified status. Just double checking my understanding here.
