Reply to "loaning out Jones Counter"

Jones counters are available and thanks to David Katz, they will be available well into the future.
Although the website doesn't show this, the wheels are in motion to update it reflecting availability.
Also for the short term, I can make a few JO counters available to "loan" the same way as you describe.
