Do not upload multiple maps for the certifier to choose. Only one map should be uploaded. If multiple map are uploaded, the system stamps the last (most recent) one. In this case, one of the uploads must have been a blank page and was stamped by the certifier.

In resubmitting this, you need to click on "resubmit" , then "continue" to get to the RCCA form and upload a one-page file containing the correct map i PDF, png or jpg.

You have also reported this as an Issue Report in your account. (I have also commented on it there.) After taking this corrective action, leave a comment on how it went.
