Here is a page from Measurement News, March 1997:

Supplementary information:

Start elevation by Google Earth = 809 feet
Finish elevation by Google Earth = 745 feet

Certificate start elevation = 790
Certificate finish elevation = 750

Obviously I got my elevations in error. I have a complete set of Ohio USGS maps, but did not have anything for Indiana at the time. Now, of course, we have Google Earth and online access to USGS maps.
