I'e actually measured more in the first five months of 2020 than I have in previous years. While the majority were for races that have since been cancelled/postponed, I also did a few for people running test events or time trials.
FWIW, this might be a great time to measure, especially in cities. With the greatly reduced volume of cars (starting to increase now that states are beginning to open up) it would seem to be a lot safer to ride against the normal flow of traffic.
