WOW, I'm glad measuring made the news but this article has errors. I met him for a 5 min interview as I was getting ready to tape the start/finish and pound a nail, asked some questions, took some photo's and left. I asked them to please send me the copy before it was posted to ensure what they posed was accurate, and it's not. Proof what we do is largely difficult for people to understand. This is the first I saw of the article. I'm happy to see how 7-Bridges marathon & Chattanooga marathon have handled the fallout from their short courses last year. They're both great courses in a beautiful area. Both are making significant steps to ensure it doesn't happen again. I hope other races learn from these lessons.
