Certificate Renewal

You should issue multiple certificates if they choose to advertize the events as multiple distances.

Tom, I'm in a similar situation for some courses with upcoming expirations (however, I'm going to remeasure rather than renew; since there has been no construction, etc. I feel certain the distance will come out the same, and the course will be good for 10 years rather than 3).

What I plan to do is issue separate certs for each course; however, the map on the back will show all the courses, although w/ only the course no. that corresponds to the cert on the front.

I think this is an acceptable solution. Thoughts from others?

I hadn't thought of that since the RD didn't mention a remeasure but it sounds like the cleanest way to go. I need to dust the bike off anyway and this will be the perfect excuse.

You probably won't even need to do a new map, which I find to be the most time consuming part of the process.
