Just a congratulation to our newest Regional Certifier, Carol McLatchie. Jim Gerweck has informed me that Carole has done well with the duties of reviewing Courses for Certification. Hence, she now joins the ranks as our Regional Certifier for the following States: ND, SD and HI.
