Discussion topics

1.Removing on the Certificate “Replaces”
2.When a course is coded as a “D” or “X” all will show on the USATF site except the map when you do a search for any course. That’s OK, but a problem occurs as the course still states the course is “record eligible.”

3.How long should we save Certificate and who should save them?
4.Maps with GPS locations. Should we allow this?
5.Maps requirements must be done or the quality is lost.
6.The VC’s, Chairman and Validation Chair now can review others work and declare a course certified. Should this continue?
7.Electronic Counter role in measuring courses.
8.Annual checking of Maps online.
9.Is it necessary to remeasure courses(Cal courses also) after the 10 year period?
